A Radically Simple Yet Transformative Approach to Yoga, ISFYT offers Yoga Alliance Professionals Certified Yin and Functional Yoga Trainings in 100hr, 200hr, 300hr and 500hr Pathways. We also run integration-focused luxury retreats, and offer an online membership for your inner horizon exploration at home, called The Integration Space.
