Why choose self-care and therapy? And what is it all about?

The sudden midlife crisis: What is it all about? What about happiness and love? What is therapy and why take the time to engage with yourself in this way?

We service our boilers and cars regularly, but what about our body, our mind, our spirit and our soul? How do we look after them? Would they deserve that?

How can we support ourselves on this journey through life with its ups and downs? How do we know which therapy to choose and what it’s all about? How do we find a therapist, a good one, that suits our needs? Is it possible to make change happen, and if so, how?

These are among many of the questions I discuss with clients and fellow therapists throughout my daily practice. This will be an interactive session, uncovering the fear of taking that first step, what is behind it, and what can happen when we do take that first step.
