During this class, we will use classic Yoga Asanas but in an experimental way: we will dance Asanas adding some personalized movements that could bring us closer to ourselves. If you like hatha yoga and are open to something new and unknown, like diversity and novelty, you are welcome to join this alternative yoga class.
