About this Course

https://www.thetransmissionschool.org/ Functional Yoga as Therapy is ISFYT's groundbreaking 200hr curriculum, entirely grounded in an individually-tailored approach to practising and teaching yoga. It consists of two 100hr modules, The Art of Yin and The Art of Yang. Next summer, between July 22nd and August 15th, students can complete both modules, the entire programme, back to back across 23 days/24 nights.* During this period, you will reside at The Transmission School in Tuscany. Nourished on physical, emotional, spiritual and soul levels, you will not only explore the depths of person-centred yin and yang yoga, you will also experience the local culture and culinary delights during moments of free time. Want to learn how to make pasta, meander through the streets of San Gimignano, taste the local wine, discover where the best gelato is in Volterra - top secret, but will share ;-) Students will leave with a 200hr Functional Yoga as Therapy certificate, fully endorsed with Yoga Alliance Professionals, where ISFYT is registered in the uppermost categories (Senior Teacher & Trainer Pro badges). You will be taught by ISFYT Founder and Director, Grace Tempany, and will join the community of graduates who are sharing functional yoga worldwide. Would you like to join us in Tuscany next summer? And would you like to be included in our ISFYT Graduate Directory? See if there is a functional yoga as therapy (FYT) that's a good fit for you - https://isfyt.com/isfyt-certified-teacher-directory Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, Grace. Read about the curriculum for YIN: https://isfyt.com/yin-yoga-teacher-training Read about the curriculum for YANG: https://isfyt.com/yang-yoga-teacher-training *There will be a small number of places dedicated to those who have already completed The Art of Yin, and wish to join us solely for The Art of Yang module.
